On Tuesday the 4th February our Eco council and Pastoral Care Team visited Stormont with Mrs. McKeown and Mrs. McGowan. We had a fantastic day. We spent part of our visit with Ann Marie the education officer, who talked to us about the roles of all the decision makers locally within Northern Ireland. We were so lucky to be invited to explore the chambers were these decisions are debated and agreed, and new laws are proposed and passed. To add to a great day we were very lucky to meet some of our MLA's. We met Conor Murphy, Liz Kimmins, Cathal Boylan and Justin McNulty. They each spent time with us and answered some very well considered questions from our inquisitive eco and pastoral care teams. Our children were a credit to themselves, their school, families and community, we could not have been more proud of them.
