Celebrating Mental Health Day Sat. 10th Oct.

In P1 we discussed mindfulness in a very simple manner.

We had a chat about our feelings and what to do if we need help.

We learnt how to do mindful breathing (leaf/ balloon and bubble techniques) to help us calm down and we also did some mindful colouring.

We all have a beautiful balloon and sticker to take home with us today to help us practice being calm and relaxed.
