Healthy Kicks Programme

Week 2 of the healthy Kicks Programme organised by the Burns Skills School, saw all the pupils in Primary 5 taking part in different activities to measure their different components of fitness.

They all tested their Power(standing Broad Jump), Balance(Flamingo Balance test), Agility(T-Test), Co-ordination(Tennis Ball Test) and Flexibility(Sit and Reach).

Each pupil recorded their score in their workbook and will retest these different components in week 6.

They all had a great time doing the different tests and exercises.
