Keeping safe week 2

Today we were learning to it is ok to feel angry sometimes.  It is not ok to hurt others when we are angry.  We heard a great story and we did lots of strategies to help us calm down when we do feel angry.  
We did deep breathing, counting to 10, thinking of happy thoughts and walking away to name a few.  
Before we began our work we used our self regulation exercises that we are learning in our attention and listening programme  to help us get ready for work.
