This morning we went on a trip to the Carrickdale Hotel and were treated to some delicious pancakes. An early Pancake Tuesday for us and we loved watching the chef, Leanne, make the most delicious pancakes. She chatted to us about the ingredients and showed us what to do. We even had an opportunity to flip a pancake in the pan, which proved more tricky than it looked when the chef did it!
We thank the Carrickdale Hotel for this amazing experience. Their hospitality and kindness extended to us each year is greatly appreciated. Melissa made sure everyone had a brilliant time. Thank you to all involved.
