P7 explored the chemicals our bodies release and how these influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. Pupils held up whiteboards to represent how they might feel in different situations and discussed positive ways to manage those emotions. This linked perfectly with Mental Health Day, helping pupils understand how caring for their minds and emotions supports good mental health.
