Welcome to P1. We strive 'to learn, to love, to enjoy' to fulfil our school motto!
We are so proud at how all the P1 pupils have settled into their new school and classroom.
We have been busy learning how to wash our hands correctly, play safely and make new friends in P1.
We have also put our coats and enjoyed outdoor play, a nature walk down our very own Bluebell Lane path, our Weekly 'Mile' to keep healthy and we even had storytime in our special seating area in the 'big' playground.
This week we enjoyed revising our colours using Elmer the elephant. This also helped us prepare for next week's target focusing on patterns.
We have been practising some self-care skills too, perhaps you can try to continue practising these at home:
- washing your hands correctly
- putting on your own coat
- try to zip or button on your coat
