Today our P1 children celebrated ‘World Maths Day’.
We decide to collect some data about our favourite farm animal and plot our results in a pictograph.
We created our graph outside and had lots of fun trying to get our pictures to stay in the correct spaces.
The data was recorded and the children were able to see that the same number of people liked horses and sheep. The next most popular was the cow, then pigs and the least favourite was the chicken.
Well done to everyone for all their great effort in your World Maths Day challenge.
